Leadership

The State of Oklahoma has state statues covering Guaranteed Energy Savings Performance Contracting (GESPC) for state agencies, local units of government, universities and k-12 school districts. Contracts are limited to life-cycle costs of measures.

Statue does not allow end-users to retain any excess savings nor does it require a guarantee of savings.

Program

The state does not have a dedicated GESPC program administrator.

ESC Chapter

The state's ESC Chapter launched in 2015.
