ESC Membership votes to approve by-law amendment

More that 30 percent of the ESC membership voted on an amendment to the ESC by-laws. The final tally was 100 votes in favor of adoption and 4 votes against the proposed change. Under the change the Board now has more flexibility to work directly with Chapters in the event of a leadership vacuum to elect new officers or to hold other votes of the Chapter membership as directed by the Board.
